The Challenge

Established in 1897, the Godrej Group is one of India’s fastest-growing multinational companies, headquartered in Mumbai. It operates in diverse sectors like consumer goods, industrial engineering, real estate, appliances, agricultural products, furniture, and security, serving over 1.1 Billion consumers across the world.

This is an establishment that takes recruitment very seriously. They need specific and highly-qualified candidates who usually come from top business schools around the world. Godrej’s LOUD program screens first-year MBA students and offers pre-placement summer internships to selected candidates.

A campaign microsite was needed to attract the right talent and capture interests of students.

Our Consulting Approach

The campaign microsite was initiated with stakeholder interviews and client meetings. Since the target audience here was young students, the experience of the microsite had to appeal that segment. The final action point was to draw these MBA students to register for placements at Godrej.

The strategy was to create a motivational, storytelling microsite that encapsulates the concept of LOUD – Live Out Your Dream. The microsite was to focus on informing students about the program and ask them to register through the portal.
