Roles & Responsibilities

 Manage development and maintenance projects which includes project planning, scheduling and monitoring, and tracking
 Be accountable and responsible for team’s deliverables
 Project planning & estimation
 Project issue and risk management
 Has to understand the project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in
collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
 Direct and manage project team and ensure timely delivery of projects
 Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
 Review documentations created by Business Analysts
 Monitor and manage the Testing team and process
 Report on project progress against plan
 Drive the compliance of SLAs
 Define KPIs for the project's success
 Ensure compliance to quality
 Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.

Required Skills

 Should have prior experience in managing team of 15-20 people
 Should have prior knowledge of handling entire project operations
 Fosters innovation and champions innovative delivery solutions to resolve complex business problems
 Builds relationships with technology and business partners across multiple business units to ensure programs under their responsibility deliver desired results
