Roles & Responsibilities

 Territory & New Account Development &Planning
 Create/ leverage relationships & revenue driven business development/ sales efforts with
Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Information/ Innovation Officers,
Business Unit Heads and their teams underneath– > Decision Makers across industries who
own and drive budgets for digital transformation, digital practice, application  portal
development, Digital Strategy & Consulting, Digital Auditing & Benchmarking.
 Create Business Revenue & Profits/ margins to meet or exceed targets across EvolutionCo's
suite of of products and services
 Drive Up-selling & Cross-selling to acquired customers
 Engage in Customer Retention & Customer Delight initiatives
 Create & regularly drive socially interactive and engaging communication (in person,
telephone, email, chats, social platforms) with target audience listed above to continually
enrich EvolutionCo's Mindshare with them.
 Constantly Plan– > Action– > Review– > Analyse– > Benchmark– > Audit– > Improvise– >
Outperform to create new success
 Regularly contribute in EvolutionCo's overall Vision, Mission, Goals, Plan & Execution across
functions to become major pillar of EvolutionCo's success
 Regularly learn & grow yourself to become the best in your role
